  • Excellent practice material, but in store pickup a disaster!

    It took me 20 minutes to receive this item after arriving at the store. The problems: a) the door watcher was in charge of pickup and he couldn't leave the door and there was no one to relieve him, b) when the book arrived at the store, no one entered it in the computer as "received", c) no other employee was able to help this door checker at any point So, the book is great, Guitar Center Tampa's online order pickup a disaster. 5 stars is for the product >>>0 stars for online pickup<<<
