Description

The Alesis TransActive Wireless 2 is a mobile, active PA system with built-in light show. Pull up the telescoping handle, tilt it back onto the recessed wheels, and take your TransActive Wireless 2 with you wherever you go. Once you’re there, simple single-button pairing allows you to stream audio from any Bluetooth-enabled device. You can also activate an exciting full-color light show that reacts to your music. TransActive Wireless 2 is the ultimate mobile PA. It’s perfect for outdoor parties, live gigs, business meetings, sporting events and tailgate parties.

In addition to Bluetooth connectivity, TransActive Wireless 2 also offers a combo XLR+1/4 in. microphone/line input, a ¼ in. instrument/line input, and a stereo 1/8 in. auxiliary input to accommodate almost any source—microphone, guitar, keyboard, computer, drum machine, CD or MP3 player—whatever you need. Use TransActive Wireless 2 for live performances, to play recorded music or to make announcements with the included microphone. TransActive Wireless 2 is has a powerful low-distortion amplifier and a high-efficiency 2-way speaker with a rugged 8-inch woofer. This audio system delivers solid lows and crisp, detailed highs that can be heard more than 150 feet away—ideal for any outdoor activity.

The convenient built-in rechargeable battery delivers up to 50 hours of power for the audio amplifier and lights. The USB charging port enables you to charge your device while you stream audio. Highly Recommended

I bought this as a portable sound system for home and away and found it was so much more! Easily pairs and maintains with my android, the sound is great for the price and the versatility of the 1/8 inch aux input can easily handle all electronic musical equipment. My son hooked his Alesis drum kit up to it for a much better sound than he gets out of his Fender amp. His electric Ibanez plays cleanly through it, though without the benefit of the Fender's onboard effects processor. The cabinet is durable, built to last and the programmable, reactive lights put the icing on the cake. I would recommend this to anyone unable or unwilling to pay the price for purely professional equipment. For those complaining of Bluetooth signal loss, I would advise to put your phone on airplane mode to avoid the notifications that cause dropout.

Poor connection.

This is a great sounding speaker for home use or to take with you on the go. Only cons are the bluetooth disconnects frequently when connected to your phone. I discovered this often with android mostly. The connection is better with iphone and ipads. May be some software issue.

    Bought this for a young dj that I know as She wanted something that was powered and transportable to provide another outlet for Her growing dj empire. She says that it sounds good enough and is loud enough and the USB powers Her dj mixer and tablet and the 1/8" aux are exactly right

    I use this product as a bass amp and a keyboard amp. Has good bass, but the tweeter is a cone tweeter not a dome like the product photo.

    When you're on the microphone doesn't make the sound of the musical down or can you use them both at the same time I had one before and as soon as you talk on the microphone the Music Drops very low
