Acoustic B25C Classic Series Bass Combo Amp

Description

Power, Tone and Features for the Modern Player
The B25C features a 25-watt power section that provides more than enough volume for practicing at home or jamming with family and friends.
Get that classic Acoustic sound from the B25C's 8" ferrite speaker, which provides optimal frequency response and sound projection, custom tuned for electric bass.
A tilt-back cabinet feature directs your sound off the floor for better monitoring. This also makes volume leveling adjustments more accurate.

Complete Tone Control
With a complement of EQ controls, the B25C gives you plenty of room to dial in your specific tone. A 3-band EQ allows for boosting or cutting low, mid and high frequencies and the "Shape" voicing control switch gives you quick mid-range tonal shaping for even more variation. This can enhance slapping/popping playing techniques.
The B25C overdrive circuit provides an effect expanding, powerful sound for increased tonal variety, and its blend control allows for custom drive sculpting that covers a wide range of musical genres.
Plug your headphones into the 1/8" headphone output, and the B25C automatically mutes the 8" speaker for private practice. Use the 1/8" Auxiliary input for your external sound sources like your MP3 player for playing along or practicing with your favorite music.

A Family of Great Tone
Acoustic bass combos offer pro-quality tone in a range of sizes for players of all walks. From the practice-minded B25C 1x8" shown here, to the all-arounder B50C 1x10" with 50 watts, up to the stage-ready B100C 1x12" at 100 watts, these versatile amps deliver the tone bass players love at an unbelievable value. Amazing little amp!
I got this baby in today and I am stunned! I play in my church's Praise and Worship team and since all the equipment is supplied I needed a small practice amp. I picked this one because of the low price. I'll simply say this; if you are looking for a practice amp and you don't choose this one you're out of your mind. It is powerful and has exactly the tone I seek. SWEET! I absolutely love it! My first Acoustic amp, but if I were to equip with a big stage rig I would certainly choose this brand because of their rich tone.

Not satisfied
I bought my amp on 12/08/2018 used it for practice and small church sets. The sound was great and was very pleased until yesterday 01/23/2019. That's just a shade over a month old. Yesterday we started practice at church and before we got through warming up the amp started humming. I disconnected powered down and powered back up and the humming continued. I will be returning it to Guitar Center.

I bought this small amp for an extra bass amp to have so I didn't have to move my Mark Bass around. It sounds ok, and it would be great for a beginner. For the price it works pretty well, I really can't complain. It just doesn't have the low bass notes.
No Need for Pedals

I have owned a fair number of bass practice amps, including the Fender Rumble 40 and a Markbass 801, always searching for that perfect combination of size and sound. Is this amp to end my searching? To me, it has a high price to performance ratio. It's less bulky than the Rumble and the Markbass required a few pedals to get to my sound. With all settings flat, the B25c sounds great with a P bass and at home practice sound levels, has met my needs. Very pleased with the purchase.

I got my first bass for Christmas, and I was so excited to try my new bass+bass amp, and when I first started playing, I knew I loved this amp! The overdrive was just awesome, and even the clean tone was perfect. It's not the best amp ever, but I think its a great starter amp!
I would buy this again
