Acoustic
Description
The Acoustic B115 bass cabinet has a professional enclosure designed for large clubs and live applications where it will fill any stage with depth and definition. Used in conjunction with the Acoustic B200H head, the B115 cabinet will easily handle the power of the amplifier and provide wall-shaking lows and a massive bottom end. Although conservatively rated at 250-watts RMS, any combination of B115 or B410 cabinets may be used for larger venues.

The B115 bass cabinet features a rock-solid, tuned and ported design with heavy internal bracing, caster sockets and professional spring-loaded touring handles with rubber grips. Heavy-duty rubber feet allow secure stacking and ensure solid placement on any floor surface. Rear panel features include a recessed jackplate with parallel dual 1/4" jacks and a horn on/off switch.

Classic Acoustic cosmetics include nickel corners, black grille cloth with white piping, heavy-duty road-worthy covering material and steel trim strips with understated blue accent color. It all adds to the durability (and legacy vibe) of this great cabinet.

The heritage of Acoustic comes through loud and clear in the B115 -- a seriously professional stage enclosure for serious bassists.

i bought this to use as my practice cab to keep at my buddies house and never intended to pair it with my b410mkii but i tell you what it surprised me. well it found its way into my live rig. i run the 410 on top and this under with an ampeg svt350 amp. love it! it provides a rich warm tone to what i play and surprisingly is very crisp. the horn is not my favorite and i usually leave it off but dont be disappointed with the rest of it! for the price and the awesome quality you cant beat acoustic cabs!

I got this speaker cab yesterday to round out the sound of my Acoustic B200H and B410 cab, and this baby does a great job. The sound is very clean and clear. I like the on/off button for the horn. I like it on with both cabs when playing my 10-string bass through my Boss ME-50B effects pedal. This speaker is heavy and rugged as can be, and it punches good, solid tone at low volumes. The price for this cab at GC is $219.99. A Marshall of equal features is around $400-$700. I got great bang for the buck. It's should be a serious consideration for beginners. Read my other reviews on the B200H and the B410 cab.

theres not much to say about a cab, because you have to rate a cab by what amp you play through it. But, that said, this cab sounds amazing with a B450 played through it, or paired with the B410 and B600 for a really really powerful punch. It kicks very hard and has filled in for PA speakers in a pinch. The only negative I find with it is the tweeter is very scratchy, but it's a 15" sub, so you don't really have to use the tweeter if you're pairing with a combo amp or another cab. Great value and by far the best 15" in its price range.

Paired with a 4x10 or 1x12 this cabinet kicks! Great on the low end and with the tweeter, welcome the high's! This cabinet sounds amazing with the Acoustic B200H and is also good with any other head. I would definetly reccomend this because 1. It's sound is amazing 2. Built well and 3. It's not expensive! So if you havn't played one yet, go try one. You will definetly want to buy yourself one.

This is a great cab in places where you cannot turn the amp all the way up and yet still keep great tone and low responses to the max. I added this to my B450 Combo and another B410 for just those times I need the power without the volume. 15's don't move as fast as 10's, so you know that going in this is NOT gonna take the full 400watts available, so you make adjustments, which is why you use it anyway - for smaller venues.

My wife just purchased the 1X15 cabinet to sit on top of her 4X10 cabinet. She plays a Gibson SG Bass through the cabinet and it sounds wonderful. I would recommend this product to anyone unless you have lots of money to burn.
