Epiphone

Description

This guitar has aftermarket Kustom tuning machines as well as some wood chipping on the back of the headstock from previous tuning machines. The damage does not affect the current tuning machines. The Epiphone ET-290 is a "sleeper" vintage electric guitar crafted at the renowned Matsumoku factory in Japan during the 1970s. Often called the ET-290 Crestwood, it features a solid maple body with a fast-playing, bolt-on maple neck and a bound rosewood fingerboard accented by classic pearl block inlays. It is most famous for its punchy, high-output humbuckers and signature gold hardware, delivering a bright and aggressive tone that excels in garage rock and blues. This model offers a unique blend of Epiphone’s heritage design and high-quality Japanese craftsmanship, making it a highly playable and stylish piece of MIJ history.
