This Fender Stratocaster Electric Guitar Value Pack includes a Starcaster Stratocaster electric guitar and an SP-10 amp plus cable, strap, picks, and replacement strings..

The Squier SP-10 amp controls include volume, treble, bass, and an overdrive on/off button that delivers tube-like tone. A headphone output allows for silent practice. Santa got this guitar for my youngest son, 7 years old. It's a little big for him, but he loves it and it sounds great. I love the quality of it. It's perfect for him and I am sure that he will be using it for years to come. I am so glad that I got this for him. The price was phenomenal also.

This is my first guitar, i got it 4 months ago and the guitar is as good as the day i opened. Well, me being a beginner and only learning with youtube videos, but i can tell you it is an excellent beginner guitar. the amp is great, but after a while my amp isnt working. im not sure if its the speaker, cable, or inputjack but what ever. It still works sometimes.i would of gave this a 5 star but right out of the box the tremelo bar was jammed, so i just spun it out, i was really excited when i bought it at G.C, but well, what ever still great and would recomend it to all beginners!

Got my goods in a timely fashion, thank you. Set up tuned and playing in no time. I have better guitars but this one is light and feels good. I keep it close so I can play when I feel like it. Other guitar is heavy and not as comfy. Although its listed as a beginners instrument old timers like me have as much fun with it as the kids would. My first electric was a Vox hollow body, I like this one better. I've owned Gibson Les Paul and SG, Ibanez, this one is light and with good low action makes playing quite enjoyable. The price is right and with standard delivery you can be playing quickly. The amp although small is great for practice, clean sound, has overdrive but for me it's too noise like so I prefer the regular settings. Can't go wrong,if you like the Strat sound then go for it !

I bought this as my first guitar a few years back. I think it's a pretty good guitar with a nice tone. The tone is better than some Squier guitars. The only problem I've ever really had with it was the wiring. After about 3 years of playing it, one of the wires became unattached, but it was an easy fix with a little bit of soldering. The amp sounds a little muddy and has a faint buzzing sound. The tremolo bar is fun to mess with, but the guitar seems to go out of tune pretty easily after using it. But it is definitely a great beginner guitar. I still play it sometimes when I break a string on my other guitar and don't have any spare strings lying around.
