Comments about Schoenhut 37 Key Electronic Butterfly:
had this piano overnighted for my granddaughters 5th birthday. We kept it in the box and took it to our vacation house in Palm Coast to celebrate my sons wedding, Easter and the birthday. I opened the box the morning of the party to find a piano that had been used. It had dirty fingerprints on it and indentations where the screws had been put in and then taken back out. The box it came in was very dirty. The microphone did not work. I had no choice but to put it together because my granddaughter was expecting a pink piano. I had to hide the microphone so that she wouldn't want to use it. When we got back home from Palm Coast, I called Sonny at the guitar center here in Jacksonville who helped me with the original transaction via phone and let him know about the piano being used and how disappointed everyone was. He said he would order a new one and that I would here from him the next day when his manager was there to approve the transaction. That was last week on Monday. I have not heard a word and no new pink piano has arrived. The old used one is back in its box and will be returned tomorrow for a complete refund. This is not Sonny's fault. What kind of company would send someone an obviously used piano. Lesson learned.
