Great bang for the buck!

Please disregard the other reviews, for this mando rocks! The tuners are rock solid as is the bridge. Intonation can be adjusted easily with the screws on the bridge. Great strap holder as well. I was and still are amazed at how well it holds its tune. The sound is incredible too! For the price you cannot go wrong! If by some reason it turns up defective - simply send it back free of charge. Although I doubt that will happen considering at how well it is packaged. Mando was wrapped in soft packing paper, placed in a tight case box and that was placed in a bigger shipping box with plenty of packing paper. Guitar center and Rogue hit the ball out of the park on this one! I ordered over the phone from my local store, their customer service was awesome! They even called me after I got it to make sure everything was cool. Thanks Shane!

Buzzing frets & bridge caving in...😕

I opened the box and strummed it and it was way out tune. I got it all tuned and started playing it and noticed that some of the frets were buzzing so I tried raising the action on it. The sound was actually very nice except the buzzing notes in some of the chords. About an hour later I noticed that the bridge was sinking due to the body being weak near the f holes. Apparently there's no bracing beneath the bridge. Long story short I took it back and bought a better one that cost a little more 🙂👍🏼

    For a low budget folk instrument, it looks rather handsome (mine is black) and doesn't feel overly cheap. The sound right out of the box leaves something to be desired, but at the price it's not unacceptable. If you take the time to set it up properly and smooth out the frets, it will be a greater value than what you pay for it. Which makes this a pretty good instrument for a complete beginner who wants to see if this is something they'd like to get into and learn the basics, which is what I got it for. It would probably be really good for someone who wants to practice modding and different setups without risking an expensive piece. The four stars is only for this price point, not a quality comparison to all mandolins out there.

    I bought this mandolin a little over a month ago and in that time it's become unplayable! Out of the box, certain notes buzzed really badly and it lost tune quickly, but then the neck started warping. I think it's just a very weakly constructed instrument.

    I bought this Mandolin a year and half ago and I simply can't believe the price increase in that time .I paid one third. I compared the sound of this Mandolin to my new Loar and the difference was nearly exactly the same...seriously.
