Randall set out to deliver a small, lower wattage amp that would retain the tone of much-larger box combos. They shaped the tone circuit to deliver plenty of tight low end and enough sizzle to satisfy a metal monster. Box size was slightly increased to produce a lower resonant frequency, finished out with a heavy duty Celestion speaker.
