Phonic Powerpod 740 Plus Mixer

An updated version of their popular 740 powered mixer, Phonic's Powerpod 740 Plus features dual 7-band graphic EQ, 16 high-definition digital effects, mini stereo and stereo RCA I/O with trim control for digital media, rumble filters and phantom power supply, switchable mains power between 115VAC and 230VAC, and less weight achieved by switching power supply.

The Phonic 740 powered mixer is housed in a compact and durable molded cabinet. Each Powerpod Plus has a built-in stereo amplifier which is bridgeable and power can be directed to select outputs. Super Hi-Z inputs allow for the addition of guitars and other instruments. The mixer features onboard DFX, Phonic's 24-bit digital effects processors with 16 preset programs. The 3-band EQ on every channel and dual multi-band graphic EQ with selectable In/Out switches give you maximum control over your mix. The added feature of Mini Stereo I/O make this Phonic audio mixer is perfect for anyone connecting MP3, MD, computer audio or recording devices.

Phonic SEM 715 2-Way PA Speaker

The 2-way SEM 715 PA Speaker lets you amplify your sound on a budget. It features a heavy-duty 15" woofer and a Piezo tweeter. It doubles as either a floor monitor or pole mounted front speaker. Handles 200W RMS. Puts out up to 98dB of sound level.

    I got the Phonic Powerpod 740 Plus / SEM715 PA System just a few months ago but i've had really great success with it. I mainly use it for jamming with my band but when we do play out it delivers a great, clear sound. i used it for a talent show and set up- all 10 acts went through the PA and it handled them really well. My only complaints are that the manual is very confusing so its more about experimenting than anything else. also i've had some feedback issues with the phantom power but that may just be the mic. other wise, once you figure everything out- it's a great system for a pretty decent price.
