Velocity-Sensitive Keybed for Expressive Playing

Every detail of Launchkey 25 MK4 is engineered for real-time musical control. Its 25-note velocity-sensitive keybed is finely tuned for dynamic synth performance, offering a satisfying playing experience in a compact form. Sixteen RGB drum pads now support polyphonic aftertouch and feature radial sensitivity, allowing for detailed finger-drumming, chord voicing and nuanced clip launching. Additional control is handled via eight endless encoders, pitch and mod wheels, transport buttons and a bright OLED display that keeps your parameter and mode feedback visible at a glance—on stage or in the studio.

Scale Mode lets you lock the keyboard to one of 30 musical scales to avoid wrong notes and stay creative, while Chord Mode provides three ways to trigger harmonic content: Fixed Chord, User Chord and Chord Maps. The onboard arpeggiator has also been refined, now offering per-step editing and mutation controls to generate complex rhythmic patterns and melodic sequences that evolve over time. A built-in Chord Detector also displays real-time voicing on the OLED screen, helping you learn as you play.

Launchkey also supports NKS (Native Kontrol Standard), allowing seamless mapping to Native Instruments software and instruments.
