Headlock Neck Support Automatically Engages

MONO's redesigned Headlock system provides unparalleled neck support without requiring any straps or buckles. Simply place your bass in the case and the neck finds a secure resting spot, then zip up the case and the Headlock's upper portion automatically clamps down to hold the neck firmly in place. Your headstock receives full impact protection from all sides, giving you peace of mind no matter how far the road takes you.

The Boot Shields Against Drops and Abrasions

Using technology adapted from athletic footwear, The Boot is a molded rubber sole attached to the bottom of the Vertigo case that provides military-grade drop protection and abrasion resistance. Your bass is cushioned within by a plush EVA insole, while The Boot's rugged outsole allows the Vertigo to withstand the harshest of treatment. Your strap buttons and all hardware remain protected from damage, no matter the surface.

Rugged Yet Refined, Inside and Out

Designed for a lifetime of travel, the Vertigo features industrial webbing handles, durable zippers, and a water-resistant Sharkskin outer shell. One SERIOUS gigbag ! ! !

Ok - First - My mono was packed really well, bag in a box with paper packing to protect in shipping. Guitarcenter Wilmington DE handled my sale, and was meticulous about it! GREAT staff there! Thanks Jason! Have used My Mono Vertigo for 3 shows, and 3 jams, which I pack the van differently for. The shows fill the van most of the way, and limited "up top" space remains for instruments. This case is perfect for that. A double might be too much. that said, I find it light, easy to maneuver and has substantial padding/protection. I was pretty wowed, and it isn't excessively bulky or large. Definitely a little larger than my standard gigbags, which I was pretty happy with. I will still use them, and they are easily adequate. This is steps well above that though. I believe I would get another, and love the Boot. It stands upright on its own - and is easy to get into, and the pocket is adequate for what I need it for. I believe I will have this for quite a while. Good job Mono and GC! 5 stars, without a second of reconsideration.

Well padded and sleek, but did not find it very comfortable

I ended up returning this. Although the padding is very nice, and the bottom rubber bumper is also nice, I didn't find it comfortable to wear on my back, and was worried about having to walk five blocks with it on my back. The zipper, although hefty, got hung up easily on the inside lining. I ended up going with a much less expensive Levy's option. Although the padding is not quite as nice, I found it more comfortable, and the zipper, though not as wide, seems to work much better.

    The Mono Virtigo is truly worth the investment. I recently added the Mono Tik 2.0. Talk about hands free. Both are well constructed seem durable. We'll see in the months to come. Satisfied with them.

    I can store my headphones and cables and my tuner in the case. Everything I need in one case. I play the bass at my church and I have everything I need in the case because it fits pretty much any necessity.

    The Vertigo is amazing. If I had extra money I would purchase the black one as well. The Boot is very thick and durable. expensive yes, but worth the money. You get what you pay for.... 5 stars easy
