Gibson part fits Gibson guitar

I'm taking the time to write this review because the only other review at this time is from a fellow blasting Gibson because thier pickguard didn't fit his Epiphone guitar. My Gibson Les Paul Deluxe didn't come with a pickguard so I ordered this one. It fit perfectly. A few points to consider before you order are, (a.) When choosing between the black or the cream, check the color of your pickup trims and the selector switch trim. (b.) The L bracket doesn't come with the pickguard. If you need to order one,check the color of your tunners and order appropriately. Don't confuse nickel and chrome. In closing,"You will be comletely satisfied with the Gibson Les Paul pickguard. Five Stars"

Manufacturer unable to manufacture proper parts for thei own merchandise...

So, I bought a used Epiphone Les Paul from Guitar Center awhile ago. The guitar came without the pick-guard, its hardware, and the washer for the Rhythm/Treble Switch. It was suggested that I buy the Gibson part as it would "certainly" fit. Well, the dimensions are not correct and I will be filing, grinding, sanding, and trimming the edges so that the pick-guard properly fits around the pickup trim plates. Not the perfect fit!

    I swapped all the cream hardware for black on my 50's standard gold top. Pit perfectly with no issiues installing.

    Very nice product and color is spot on. Let just enough material on it to customize to my pickups. Only a small amount of sanding/ filing was required for a perfect fit.

    The only issue is can't fit in another brands guitar and I couldn't use it at all . Didn't came with the metal bracket. Why?

    I have a used 2022 Gibson LP Tribute in a satin cherry burst with cream pick guard and cream color pickup rings. The pickup guard is really scratched up. Want to replace it, but wondering if Gibson's cream color is pretty much a standard color on their LP's and it'll match my Tribute.
