The Mitchell D120PK Acoustic Guitar Pack includes everything you need to start playing today. This all-in-one pack includes a full-size Mitchell D120 dreadnought acoustic guitar with a select spruce top in a smooth Natural finish, with a mahogany neck and jatoba fretboard. Its mahogany back and sides, thinner finish and advanced, forward-shifted scalloped bracing give the D120 a solid, rich tone and outstanding projection that is ideal for home, stage and studio. A modern, slim-profile neck design makes the D120 a breeze to play on any position on the neck, ideal for both chording and solo work. The attractive multi-ply binding on the neck and body, real abalone rosette, and chrome, high-ratio tuners completes the outstanding looks of this traditional instrument. Plus, the D120 comes with a limited lifetime warranty.

Completing the package, the D120PK also comes with a gig bag, strap, easy-to-use clip-on guitar tuner, guitar picks and extra strings, so you'll have everything you need to get started playing today, and keep you playing for years to come.

A nice guitar for starting again.

The Mitchell D120 is a good guitar for the price. I had decided to start playing again and was looking for a reasonable good-sounding guitar. I tried one at my local Guitar center and liked the sound. It has the newer scalloped bracing, giving it great tone. The lows are deep and the mid tones hold well. Played gently, it is a charmer. The action is good. It feels comfortable at the fifth fret. The tuning holds well after the strings stretched. The tuner in the pack is good. The gig bag has some padding and is nice. Unfortunately, I did not find the picks that were supposed to included. Overall, it is a good value.

I would not buy this product

I bought this for my daughter's birthday. Purchased online in Portland, Oregon and picked up in the Bay Area. The store personnel were great but the guitars were terrible. The first one was missing the dvd and had a broken string. The replacement was ridiculous. It was like the guitar was never completed. The frets were sticking out on the sides and the strings sounded awful. After that, we were done.

    I picked this up as a Christmas present to try something different. So far, this is the perfect set up for me. I didn't want to spend a ton of money in case things didn't work out and this fit the bill perfectly. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with my stupid questions. I wish I would have done this years ago.

    Why does this guitar description come accompanied by a cancer warning (disclaimer) for a chemical content that is hazardous to your health?

    It is required by California state law to list any products that MAY cause cancer. Typically these are very minimal chances (due to glue used or the like) the risk is very minimal, they just have to list the warning on it.
