Forming the nucleus of the TONEX Board is IK Multimedia's AI Machine Modeling technology, designed to recreate the sound, feel and dynamic response of amplifiers, speaker cabinets and pedals. Its dual-signal-chain architecture supports up to two Tone Models per path—one amp and one stomp—or up to four Tone Models per preset when using split paths. That architecture allows players to construct dual-amp, stereo, wet/dry and other multi-path rigs within a single floorboard. More than 60,000 Tone Models and presets are available through ToneNET, while compatibility across the TONEX ecosystem helps existing users move sounds and libraries between software and hardware workflows.

Ample Effects and Flexible Signal-Chain Routing

Beyond amp modeling, the TONEX Board functions as a full multi-effects environment with 75 effects, including 48 from AmpliTube, the complete TONEX effects collection and 12 new additions. Reverbs, delays, modulation, dynamics, EQ, pitch effects and other processors can be arranged across up to 12 effect slots, while split-and-mix routing supports signal paths ranging from streamlined pedalboard setups to sophisticated stage and studio rigs. The stereo effects loop can be positioned anywhere in the signal chain or divided into two independent mono loops for integrating external pedals and processors. VIR Cabinet technology and Custom IR loading provide additional options for tailoring cabinet response.

Touchscreen Control Adapts From Editing to Performance

A 5" high-resolution color touchscreen provides a visual workspace for navigating and editing the TONEX Board, complemented by five physical encoders for quick parameter adjustments. Three operating modes tailor control to different situations: Preset Mode for navigating complete sounds, Scene Mode for changing configurations within a performance setup and Stomp Mode for direct effects-style control. More than 1,400 onboard preset slots can be organized across 12 setlists, 40 banks and three presets per bank, giving working players substantial space to prepare sounds for rehearsals, sessions and complete live sets. The included TONEX Board Editor adds computer-based management and transfer of Tone Models and presets.

Extensive connectivity allows the TONEX Board to serve as the center of a guitar or bass rig. Two independent stereo output pairs with flexible routing and global parametric EQ accommodate stereo and multi-path setups, while four-cable method support provides another way to integrate the processor with existing amplifier rigs. The stereo effects loop, MIDI I/O and dual expression pedal inputs further expand external control and hardware integration. 7) LIMITED WARRANTY

IK Multimedia warrants to the original purchaser of the computer software product, for a period of ninety (90) days following the date of original purchase, that under normal use, the software program and the user documentation are free from defects that will materially interfere with the operation of the program as described in the enclosed user documentation.

8) WARRANTY CLAIMS

To make a warranty claim under the above limited warranty, please return the product to the point of purchase, accompanied by proof of purchase, your name, your return address and a statement of the defect, or send the CD(s) to us at the below address within ninety (90) days of purchase. Include a copy of the dated purchase receipt, your name, your return address and a statement of the defect. IK Multimedia or its authorized dealer will use reasonable commercial efforts to repair or replace the product and return it to you (postage prepaid) or issue to you a credit equal to the purchase price, at its option.

9) LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTY

IK Multimedia warrants only that the program will perform as described in the user documentation. No other advertising, description or representation, whether made by a IK Multimedia dealer, distributor, agent or employee, shall be binding upon IK Multimedia or shall change the terms of this warranty.

EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE, IK MULTIMEDIA MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THIS PRODUCT.
