The Franklin Mahogany Shell Pack features a unique 6-ply construction consisting of mahogany, poplar, a double-maple core, poplar and mahogany. This carefully engineered layup captures much of the warmth, depth and musical resonance associated with classic mahogany drums while adding the clarity and structural stability modern drummers expect. Combined with a roundover exterior and 45-degree interior bearing-edge profile, the shells produce a full fundamental note, enhanced low-end presence and smooth sustain that responds beautifully across a wide range of tunings.

The shell pack includes a 22x14" bass drum, 13x9" rack tom and 16x16" floor tom, creating a versatile setup suitable for everything from vintage-inspired rock and blues to country, indie and modern pop. The 22" bass drum delivers authoritative punch and warmth, while the rack and floor tom combination provides balanced tonal separation and expressive dynamic range.
