Fender Deluxe Nashville Telecaster Pau Ferro Fingerboard Fiesta Red

This is one of the best purchases I've ever made. It was either a demo or return but the guitar was in mint condition and plays like a dream the salesperson (Lauryn) was great and gave me good advice and help.

I love that it's still a Tele but I can get the Strat sound out of it when I want. First time with a ferro fingerboard and I quote like that as well. Also, I had the tech at GuitarCenter set it all up and he did a great job. (Thank you Igor at 14th street GuitarCenter in NYC.)

Pros and Cons. Cons: heavy. Also, doesnt sound much like a tele. Gig bag is almost worthless. Hard to get action low. No center position mix sound. Pros: built solid, locking tuners. No hum pickups. If you dislike a Strat this can easily work, with beefier bridge sound. Treble response is off the charts, pickups sound hifi or "active" but very responsive and loud. Use the tone knob; not close to an alnico sound but perhaps the Tele for this milenium? Im appreciating it for what it is, otherwise grab a Squier Classic Vibe.

Man, I've recently gotten really into Fenders. I bought a Strat a few months ago, but I wanted to get something with more tuning stability. This guitar rocks! The rounded neck plate is super comfortable, and helps ease access to the higher register. The pick-ups are solid, not my favorite single coils, but they can definitely give you what you need. Only issue is the neck is a tad fat for a Fender, but I don't have big hands lol.

Just got this Daphne Blue Deluxe Nashville Telecaster a few days ago and am super impressed. I went back and forth for a long time between this one and a more traditional Player's Tele. Natalie with GC was great and very patient with me and really helped me make up my mind. This is my first non-US made guitar of any kind and I've got to say I am thoroughly impressed with the quality. Fit and finish is excellent and this is a really good looking guitar. The action was higher than I like out of the box and the intonation was a little off. After I adjusted the action (adjusted the saddles only, didn't need to adjust the truss rod) down to Fender's recommended 4/64" the intonation was on point and I didn't need to make any more changes. The locking tuners are great. As a long time LP player I love the 12" fretboard radius. The satin finish neck is super smooth. The fret ends are a tiny bit sharper than I like, but no fret sprout and nothing serious enough to even worry about changing. Overall this guitar sounds great, plays great, and quality is first rate. I would buy it again in a second.
