The LTD Black Metal Series is comparable in build quality to ESP's LTD Deluxe “1000 Series” instruments, but with a dark design theme of all-black finish, components and hardware. The F Black Metal adds an extreme body shape to the series and offers a neck-thru-body design with an extra thin U-shaped neck, a Floyd Rose 1000 bridge, a direct-mount EMG 81 pickup with black logo, an EMG TKO kill switch and stainless steel frets.
