        Mbox2 works very well with bundled PTLE software. Setup is somewhat cryptic and you need to take care with ignoring certain windows driver messages (READ THE PROTOOLS LE SETUP INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY). My only complaint is I wish it worked with Sonar and other audio apps, but since it doesn't hold itself out to do this, then I guess I can't complain too much.

        What can I say about this product, but absolutely perfect. This kit comes with everything you'll need to start your own recording "studio." Digidesign is one the top most popular companies when it comes to recording, and this proves it. You basically have all you need: the audio interface, speakers, cables, a mic, and pro tools 8 le. With protools 8 le, there are so many things you can do with it, it'll take you years to scratch the surface. You can professionally create a song with this software; it is seriously legit. As for the hardware, I havent had any issues with the interface, it works great, the speakers work well, not the best, but pretty good, and mic is great. I would highly recommend this kit to anyone who is looking to amateurly or professionaly record music on a low budget. There arent many kits that can beat this.

        This is the smaller package but it the perfect start up. I bought this for my small home studio to upgrade from what I was previously using. It's more powerful than it looks! The sounds quality is crystal clear and it every easy to use. Set up was a breeze! The monitors were a bit smaller than I was expecting but the sound is really precise. You can't beat the price for this package!!
