I started playing guitar after I saw the Beatles on Ed Sullivan. I've had a lot of guitars since then and this is the best one I've ever owned. The OM Auditorium size is incredibly comfortable and the wide 1.8 inch nut width makes the neck perfect for me and makes finger style easier. This Canadian wonder sounds great and plays wonderfully out of the box but just wait until you've had it a year. You won't believe how beautifully it warms up. It's also beautiful to look at. Other guitarists get jealous when they see it. It doesn't come with a pick guard so I ordered a white one from Seagull and it makes it even prettier. See my photos. I have a terrific Seagull S6 dreadnaught too, but I'm selling it because the Performer is the only guitar I ever play now. Like all Seagulls, it's a fantastic value. As good as a comparable Taylor for far less.

The CH CW is amazing. It's relatively small and light but with a big sound that gets better with age. The neck is wide - 1.8 inches - which is just perfect for me and great for finger style. The guitar is well made, sturdy, and beautiful to look at. Other players have been impressed with its rich sound and unique appearance. After a set up it plays like butter with a great high and middle, and for a guitar of this size, a strong bass. the only thing I could ask for is better tuners, but these are adequate to the job. At this price point, I don't believe there is a better guitar on the planet. If you can't tell yet, I love mine and will put it up against any comparable Taylor costing twice as much.
