Description

The PT SLS Evil Twin electric guitar is Schecter Guitars most aggressive PT to date. The foundation of this thru-neck instrument is a swamp ash body and ultrathin 7-ply maple/walnut/padauk neck, reinforced with carbon fiber rods and topped with a 25.5” scale compound-radius ebony fingerboard. Fishman’s Modern Fluence pickups with alternate voicings selectable via push/pull pots offer high-output aggression and versatility for a "no compromises" tonal package that will shake your neighborhood. Other notable premium components include 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets, Schecter locking tuners, a rock-solid Hipshot bridge, Luminlay side dot inlays, spoke-wheel adjustable 2-way truss rod for easy relief adjustment, and the Ernie Ball Compensated Nut offering unerring intonation precision. The neck features contrasting 1-ply ivory binding and pearloid Roman numeral fretboard inlays.

    Great guitar, super fast thin neck, incredible access to the high frets, awesome stainless steel frets. Sounds good in standard tuning but it becomes a MONSTER if you down tune. The pickups are powerful and clear. Mine had slight fret buzzing but it was corrected fairly easily.
