I bought this product online and they did not warn me that this product was part of the display of the guitar center oxnard CA store therefore it came with some small scratches on the bottom of the keyboard and some batteries installed on the keyboard, apart from the fact that it was delivered to me with the bag that comes included and not as a new product that comes in its box its serial number came stuck in the bag ... out of there the product looks good but they should have warned that this product was open box and so I decided that they would send it to my house as new and I opened it from its box, they broke my heart and the charm of not being able to make that open box

Very fun to learn, record, and create sound patches with. I was impressed that it actually sends MIDI information with the USB-C cable into my MacBook Pro while using my DAW. I can also record audio out from the Microkorg 2 and in through my interface with 1/4" audio cables. The keys feel a little small and fragile, but it just takes a bit of getting used to. The velocity response is pretty decent. The integrated sound banks are exactly what I was searching for. It comes with plenty of crisp classic Microkorg sounds that are distinguishable throughout many classic songs and genres. Just be careful you don't erase any by mistake when creating you own patches. You can name them and save them in the user bank, you'll have up to 64 init slots to fill within the user bank of each genre. It's also nice that you can navigate the button menus to see how each of the factory sound patches are made, they can also be tweaked and modified to suit your given style. The microphone seems to work nicely as well just make sure you sing into the front of it and the microphone knob on the left corner is turned to the right so that your voice is picked up clearly for using the vocoder. The vocoder sounds awesomely robotic just like those 90's freestyle songs. On selection 8 for each genre you will find different styles of vocoder patches all of them are slightly different. The looper works well for me if set it to lengthier bar loops. This is my first time purchasing a synth and I've got to admit it was exactly what I was looking for. I would like it if they came up with this same style synth with larger sturdy piano-like keys. I'm well adapted to the Akai MPK style keys, I would like to play the heck out of this synth on a sturdy key layout. The pros definitely outweigh the cons on this synth, I highly recommend it for anyone who would put in the time to learn and utilize this device in any musical atmosphere.
