great little guitar but was a little to small for me.... loved the look and the neck but went with the JS11 Jackson instead. this guitar is really nice if you like the smaller profile.

Absolute garbage! This is for a child, I cut my finger on the unfinished fret end, and this absolute waste of wood and metal will not hold a tune. By anything other than this, you are throwing your money away.

I was really impressed by the quality of this little guitar. I've purchased other small guitars for my kids - little Squier guitars - and I was surprised by how solid this one felt in comparison. The looks are radical and colors bold, all positives to my child. The frets are jumbo which can cause tuning problems if you push too hard, not really that big of a concern in our case. The only issue I had was right out of the box it did not play right, it needed a truss rod adjustment and that fixed all the issues. I recommend picking it up at the store and checking it while there, my experience was they took care of the issue instead of returning the item.

Good guitar with no problems. That I could see out of box. Other than it needed a set-up. Wasn't crazy about the pickups. Sounded good clean. But ad some dirt. They got a little muddy. So I had my local guitar tech. Mod it. He installed a set of Seymour Duncan's JB hotrod pickups set. Sh 4 in the bridge. Sh2 jazz in the neck. He replaced the volume & tone pots. I went with Dunlop 500k super pots. And replaced the stock pot metal string saddles. With graphtech tusk string saver saddles. And a graphtech tusk nut. With D addarrio xl light gauge strings. It sounds awesome now for a mini guitar.

This thing is worse than a toy. I bought it for my son for his ninth birthday. He was excited ... for about 15 minutes. First off, it's impossible to tune -- never mind staying in tune. It was literally impossible to get this thing tuned. Second, the frets buzz. Badly. Third, the frets are painfully rough. Sliding my hand up and down the neck literally tore skin off my palm -- so, not rough as in a little bumpy; rough as in OSHA health hazard. Finally, about 15 minutes into playing with it, my son went to put it in its stand and it tipped over. That's all it took for the nut to come unglued. I have literally bought toy acoustic guitars -- and toy ukes, for that matter -- that were higher quality than this piece of garbage. Do not buy.

Cute little axe, bought it cause my wife wants to learn how to play. Luckily I know how to set up a guitar, every thing needed to be set up, truss rod, bridge height, and intonation.
