The American Series Soloist SL2MG by Jackson is built around a neck-thru design with a solid three-piece maple core running from headstock to strap button. This continuous wood build, completed by an alder body, provides exceptional stability, and enhances string vibration and sustain by allowing the guitar to resonate as one piece. You’ll notice notes bloom with added richness and nuance compared to bolt-on alternatives, which offer a more immediate attack and decay.     This guitar is effortless to play—every part of the neck is accessible with ease. The EMG 81 & 85 combo is a match made in heaven for all metal. The real unsung hero is the reinforced truss rod. It should stay solid through any string gauge or tuning. A great choice for sure.

    I'm not a collector. I play all of the guitars I have and use them live. I have been gigging with the Jeff Loomis Kelly 6 string and loved it so much I figured Id try one of the USA made Jacksons. I'm sold. This guitar is incredible.

    This is by far one of the best guitars made at a reasonable price which is made right here in Corona, California, USA. I've played many guitars like, Kramer's, Charvel Jackson's (more my style 80's rock) and also Gibson's and Fenders not to say any of them are bad guitars, they've been solid guitars for years but, once I got my hands on this Jackson American Series Soloist SL2MG Electric Guitar in Satin Lambo Orange, It just blew my mind at how fast and smooth the action is. It has stainless steel fret's that are done right. This guitar is absolutely awesome, well-crafted to perfection. Excellent hardware to last. This finish is just absolutely top-notch. The satin paint is so smooth where your hands just glide on the neck. The quality control is superb. Great job Jackson! Jackson is doing all the right stuff and listening to what players are looking for. Go and play one. Highly recommend this guitar if you like this style of guitar. You won't be disapointed.
