Description

The Ibanez RGT1270PB electric guitar is designed to push the boundaries of performance. Featuring an Ibanez Wizard III 7-piece maple/walnut neck and 24-fret ebony fingerboard, the RGT1270PB offers a thin, fast profile with a wide tonal range for effortless soloing and chord work. The jumbo stainless steel frets provide a quick response, while the premium fret edge treatment ensures a smooth feel under the fingers.

Exotic Wood Grain and Dynamic Tone

The poplar burl top of the RGT1270PB features dramatic woodgrain and figure, complemented by the neutral tone of the American basswood body. Three DiMarzio pickups—an Air Norton humbucker at the neck, True Velvet single coil in the middle, and Tone Zone humbucker at the bridge—provide depth, warmth and rich dynamics manipulated via a 5-way switch.

Unparalleled Tuning Stability and Adjustability

The masterpiece Edge tremolo bridge offers exceptional tuning stability and precise intonation for guitarists with an ear for accuracy. Gotoh machine heads provide a smooth tuning feel, while neck-through construction yields maximum sustain and easy access to higher frets.

Premium Components for Professional Performance

This is my first neck through and I love the feel. The guitar is light weight but very solid feeling. Now I just need to get better 😀

I'm 16 and I saved up all summer to buy this thing and if I had the choice without a doubt I would buy it again. This guitar feels like it was crafted by the hands of an angel. The fret board has the perfect amount of creaminess. Straight from the factory the setup was immaculate. the action is so low even at the 24 fret its as if you don't even need to push down the strings to play. If I were to strum the guitar and just let it hang on my wall I could probably have enough time to change the strings on my four other guitars then go get lunch and come back before it stopped ringing.(that might be a little bit of an overstatement but man this thing rings). when you put a strap on the guitar and stand up it is perfectly balanced and it doesn't weigh five thousand pounds so its really easy to move around. I bought this about seven months ago now and have yet to have a problem with it. If you are even considering buying this guitar just do it you're probably not going to regret it. unless you think that shredding is super not cool. 10/10 guitar.

This has quickly become my main guitar. I used to be with another company, but my wife bought me this as a gift and I quickly noticed how everything just came out better on this guitar. I use it for recording, live playing, and lessons. The Edge Trem is genuinely better than any of the other floating bridges out there. The neck is perfect. The pickups are incredible... The True Velvet in the middle made me fall in love with single coils again. Everything about this guitar is amazing. I love it so much I legitimately went a bought another a week later that I keep in a lower tuning. 100% worth getting! I'd strongly suggest getting a Tremolno so you can lock the bridge, or set it to "dive only", that way you can get to drop D in a matter of seconds without any issues.

After playing multiple live shows and recording with this guitar, I can say that this is one of the best guitars I have owned. It plays great, stays in tune after extreme vibrato bar use, and is extremely light. This guitar plays great in drop C tuning and the tone is extremely creamy and plays like an absolute beast, 10/10, would definitely buy again.
