Cordoba

Description

The Córdoba Stage delivers the resonant tone of an acoustic nylon-string guitar with the projection of an electric. Designed for serious musicians, its solid spruce top and chambered mahogany body resonate with rich nylon-string tone that carries to the back of any venue thanks to the built-in pickup system. At its heart lies Córdoba's revolutionary Stage Pickup System which lets you shape your amplified acoustic tone with volume, EQ and blend controls.

Resonant Tonewoods Produce Acoustic Warmth

Like any great acoustic, the Stage relies on premium tonewoods for its voice. The solid spruce top resonates with crisp, sparkling highs while the chambered mahogany body adds warmth and richness to the midrange. Together, these woods produce the balanced, nuanced tone nylon-string guitars are known for.

Fusion Neck Provides Familiar Feel

The Stage's fusion neck has a comfortable 48 mm nut width and fast 16" radius that feel familiar in your hands. Slightly thinner than a traditional nylon-string guitar, the neck plays fast like a steel-string acoustic. Your fingers will fly across the ebony fingerboard and articulate complex chords and melodies with ease.

Built-in Pickup System Provides Natural Amplified Tone

The Stage Pickup System lets your nylon-string tone shine through. Volume, EQ and blend controls make it easy to shape your amplified acoustic sound for the stage. Dial in as much or as little of the pickup's shimmering top end and focused midrange as you like. You can also blend in the natural resonance of the tonewoods for a balanced acoustic-electric sound. The pickup system conveys the Stage's voice with stunning clarity and detail.

Premium Appointments and Gig-Ready

With premium ebony tuning machines, ivory binding and nickel hardware, every detail of the Stage is built to inspire. A recycled nylon gig bag protects your investment and keeps the guitar at hand for impromptu performances. For nylon-string tone that fills the room, the Córdoba Stage delivers.

Love the feel. It's slim body and light weight makes it enjoyable to play. Great sound through a Fender Mustang amp

Bought this guitar a couple weeks ago and can't put it down. I have been wanting a nylon string guitar for a long time, and it's great. If you're a steel string guy wanting to try nylon I highly recommend it. It's a little thin sounding unplugged, sounds great plugged in. Try it.
