The American Badwater SRO is the Axl version of a true American classic. AXL Alnico pickups offer 5-way switching. CTS pots are connected by cloth-covered wire, and Orange Drop capacitors give a creamy, classic tone. A true-vintage-style bent-saddle bridge has the proper weight and sound just like the instruments from the 1950s. Every fret is hand pressed with some of the highest quality fretwire available; then leveled and dressed for flawless playing in any register. Combine all of those parts with a solid alder body and maple neck with a rosewood fretboard, a GraphTech Tusq nut, Grover mini-Rotomatic tuners and a finish unlike any other available for a distictive tone platform.
