    As a beginner to piano I decided on the Juno D8 a full 88 weighted keys. I play it multiple times everyday and love it. I want a keyboard that I could grow with and last many years.

    I need the weighted keys and got what I wanted. With no time to do deep sound editing this synth got me up and running quickly, it took time, as with any new synth, to learn the folders, sound adjustment capabilities, all the sounds locations, etc. As a writer more than an engineer - It has my solid recommendation.

    This thing has so many sounds!! It's like the poor man's fantom. I really love the design of the layering too for when you want to use multi layers. You pick and choose which layers you want playing at one time. Unfortunately it's limited to 7 sounds at a time (8th is reserved for drums) but it's still really cool. I have serum 2 in my daw but lately have been exclusively using the sounds from my Roland. And the priced was amazing for what you're getting.

    Replaced my MX88 for this. Way better keyboard response since the MX88 keys are stiff and can't keep up with repetitive notes at faster paced music. The JD800 piano patch is way better to cut across band and mix. Love the weight and look of the instrument; looks professional. Love the balanced TRS line output and love the faster transfer rate of the USB-C.. Overall, this keyboard has the best response, sound , and compatibility for Daws and live performance. I am excited about the fader for upper patch as it lets me use the keyboard as an audio interface while keeping the keyboard's volume matched. A true performance/production keyboard. Best experience is: key response and sound. Also, balanced TRS output and ability to upload sound patches from Roland cloud. In addition, the ivory feel on keys is amazing.

    To connect your Roland JUNO-D8 synthesizer to an amplifier, use a standard 1/4-inch TRS (Tip-Ring-Sleeve) cable. The JUNO-D8 features balanced stereo outputs labeled L/MONO and R, which are designed for TRS connections. Using TRS cables helps reduce noise and interference, ensuring a cleaner signal to your amp or PA system. If you're connecting to a mono input on your amplifier, you can use just the L/MONO output with a TS cable.
