Meinl Stick & Brush Dirk Verbeuren Signature Drumsticks

Designed for fast, forceful playing, the Meinl Dirk Verbeuren signature drumsticks pair heavy American hickory with a 0.610" diameter and 16" length. A medium taper supports even rebound through rapid patterns and fills, while the round wood tip delivers focused cymbal definition for articulate ride and crash work. Weight- and pitch-matched pairs provide a consistent feel from stick to stick, giving metal drummers a balanced model built around Verbeuren's speed, control and power.

Dirk Verbeuren and Modern Metal Precision

Belgian drummer Dirk Verbeuren earned his reputation through technically demanding metal, including a 12-year run with Soilwork before joining Megadeth in 2016. His playing combines high-speed technique, groove and precise articulation—qualities reflected in a signature stick designed to remain responsive during heavy playing. For drummers pursuing that same combination of force, rebound and control, the Meinl Dirk Verbeuren Signature Drumsticks reflect Verbeuren’s performance priorities.
