The KRK V-Series Five V6 6.5" powered studio monitor continues more than 30 years of V-Series studio heritage with a mid-sized nearfield design developed for accurate imaging, precise tonal balance and dependable mix translation. A custom 6.5" woven Kevlar woofer, 1" silk-dome tweeter, premium ESS conversion, Analog Devices DSP and Pascal Class-D amplification work together to reproduce sessions with clarity from 40Hz–40kHz. KRK Mesh wireless control, extensive EQ options and flexible analog or AES3 digital connectivity further adapt the V-Series Five V6 to modern music production, post-production and immersive monitoring environments.

Custom Transducers Reveal Critical Mix Detail

A custom 6.5" woofer uses a cast-aluminum frame, dual-layer woven Kevlar cone and optimized suspension system to produce articulate midrange and linear low-frequency response, even at higher excursion levels. An aluminum shorting ring and bucking magnet improve motor linearity while helping reduce distortion. The 1" silk-dome tweeter provides controlled high-frequency extension, with a dedicated waveguide shaping off-axis response for more consistent monitoring throughout the listening area. Internal acoustic foam absorbs rear radiation, damps enclosure resonances and improves transient response, while the optimized front-ported bass reflex cabinet supports clear, controlled low-end reproduction.

KRK Mesh Brings Wireless Control to the Studio

KRK Mesh technology turns the KRK Control app into a wireless remote for individual monitors or grouped systems ranging from stereo setups to full Dolby Atmos configurations. Engineers can adjust monitor functions after installation, compare different EQ settings, control level and mute functions, and manage multiple speakers without repeatedly reaching behind the cabinets. Forty-nine preset boundary EQ combinations and seven fully parametric Pro EQ bands provide detailed room and placement correction, while three user presets can be stored and compared to evaluate alternate monitoring configurations quickly.

Premium Electronics Support Demanding Production Workflows

ESS converters, Analog Devices DSP and Pascal Class-D amplifier modules provide 280W for the low-frequency driver and 175W for the high-frequency driver, producing up to 118dB maximum SPL at 3.2'. A Neutrik combo input accepts balanced XLR or 1/4" TRS analog signals as well as AES3 digital audio, while AES3 Thru supports integration with additional compatible monitors. Rear-panel controls provide access to standby, ground lift, input sensitivity, logo illumination and display backlighting, and removable protective grilles with mounting-bracket points expand installation options. Measuring 14" high by 9.07" wide by 11.6" deep and weighing 20.5 lb., the KRK V-Series Five V6 delivers powerful, precise monitoring for professional nearfield production spaces.

Warranty

Warranty: If used in strict accordance with KRK instructions and only for products operated in the United States, Gibson Brands, Inc. warrants parts and labor on all monitors and grille accessories for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase for all products purchased from a U.S. authorized dealer. For goods purchased outside of the United States, please contact your local dealer or distributor for specific information on warranty terms and conditions.

Gibson Brands, Inc. warrants parts and labor on all headphones and computer audio devices, including room correction devices, for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Defective parts will be repaired under this warranty when a defect occurs under normal installation and use.

This warranty is limited to the repair of parts and replacements necessitated by defective workmanship or materials. Gibson Brands, Inc. accepts no responsibility for damage or malfunction which, in the sole opinion of Gibson Brands, Inc., is the result of misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, shipping damage or unauthorized repair. Any such misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, shipping damage or unauthorized repair will result in the voiding of this warranty.

Except as set forth herein, Gibson Brands, Inc. makes no representations or warranties, whether expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose, all of which are expressly waived and disclaimed hereby, as to any Gibson Brands, Inc. products.
