Digital Reference DR Condenser Microphone Black

Originally offered in Digital Reference's drum mic pack, the DRDK7, as an overhead microphone, the Digital Reference DRC100 is now available separately. The DRC100 is a pencil-style unidirectional condenser microphone that is affordable and well constructed, designed primarily as a drum overhead microphone. They work really well as a pair, angled downward and placed over a drum set within the kit's footprint. The DRC100 additionally works well in recording or live environments for acoustic guitar, group vocal, or room ambience. It does a great job picking up detailed high frequencies, and does so within an affordable price range. This mic requires phantom power.
