It's got Breedlove's trademark bridge truss, which eases strain on the instrument's top while boosting sustain and balance. The backlit screen on the built-in chromatic tuner is easy to see on a darkened stage, and the Passport Active VTC pickup works hand-in-hand with your favorite amplifier to make sure you're heard in every corner of the venue. If recording is more up your alley, you should also check out the Breedlove Studio Acoustic-Electric Bass. This instrument is designed around a jumbo body that infuses its tone with incredible depth and resonance. It's loaded with an L.R. Baggs TCV preamp that you can plug directly into your mixer for recording, and it plays nicely with an amp as well, making this studio guitar a double agent that works well onstage, too.
