Featuring an all-solid-wood construction with a Sitka spruce top and solid mahogany back and sides, the Lexington's non-cutaway dreadnought body shape projects with well-balanced, golden tone. A satin-finished slim C-shape neck and fast fingerboard radius make for exceptional playability.

For true-to-tone amplification, the Excel Lexington features the Fishman Sonitone preamp system, with sleek placement of a single volume and tone control inside the soundhole, allowing for excellent acoustic-electric tone while not obstructing the all-solidbody construction.
