A 9-band EQ, 12AX7-powered Variable Valve Drive, One Knob Compressor and Sub-Harmonic Generator provide a wide range of control over the bass signal, from clean amplification to tube-driven overdrive and added low-octave content. Dual illuminated VU meters independently monitor input and output levels, while a transformer-isolated balanced DI, effects loop, tuner output, line input and dual combination speaker outputs provide flexible routing for live and recording systems. Switchable 115–230V operation and temperature-controlled low-noise cooling round out the UK-built design, available as a Guitar Center Exclusive.

9-Band EQ and 12AX7 Valve Drive Shape the Voice

A 9-band EQ provides detailed control across the bass frequency range for broad tonal shaping as well as more focused adjustments. The 12AX7-powered Variable Valve Drive adds adjustable tube-driven overdrive, while the One Knob Compressor provides straightforward dynamic control. Ashdown’s Sub-Harmonic Generator adds adjustable low-octave content for further expansion of the amp’s tonal range.

Dual VU Meters and Touring-Friendly Power

Dual illuminated VU meters independently display input and output levels for visual monitoring during setup and performance. Switchable 115–230V operation accommodates different mains-voltage requirements, while temperature-controlled low-noise cooling responds to operating conditions as needed. A transformer-isolated balanced DI provides a direct output for connection to front-of-house, recording and other external audio equipment.

Comprehensive Connections for Stage and Studio

High- and low-sensitivity instrument inputs accommodate different instrument output levels, while a line input, tuner output and effects loop support external sources, tuners, pedals and processors. Two combination jack/speakON speaker outputs support loads down to 4 ohms, providing flexible cabinet connectivity for the 750W power section.
