Description

Up for sale is a stunning, highly collectible 1970s Ventura V2500 electric guitar. Built during the golden age of Japanese guitar manufacturing at the legendary Matsumoku factory (distributed by C. Bruno & Son), the V2500 is one of the absolute best pre-lawsuit single-cut copies of its era.Unlike many 1970s Japanese imports that used cheap materials and disguised single-coils, the V2500 was built as a premium instrument. It features a heavy, resonant mahogany body, distinct double binding, and true high-output humbuckers that easily rival its American counterparts from the same decade. This is a fantastic opportunity to own true vintage mojo and "lawsuit era" build quality at a fraction of the cost of a 70s Gibson. This particular guitar has Norlin era "Gibson" embossed pickup covers.
