Schlagwerk Rudiments CP93 Cajon - Black

A rounded bass pulse and crisp snare backbeat sit naturally together on the Schlagwerk Rudiments CP93 cajon, a Guitar Center Exclusive percussion instrument made in Germany for clear rhythmic definition. A multilayer birch playing surface and resource-saving SPL composite body shape a punchy, focused voice, while the fixed snare system works without any adjustment. This approachable combination gives newer players an immediate starting point and provides acoustic groups with a straightforward rhythmic foundation.

Multilayer Birch and SPL Construction Shape the Sound

The CP93's multilayer birch playing surface responds to hand dynamics, giving bass strokes a rounded character and sharper accents more definition. Behind it, the SPL wood-composite body contributes low-end punch while using a resource-saving material blend. Together, these materials help the CP93 deliver distinct bass and snare voices as the rhythm builds.

Fixed Snare Wires Deliver a Focused Backbeat

Behind the playing surface, a fixed snare assembly with two groups of 20 strands creates a short, controlled buzz as the front panel vibrates. This defined snare character makes backbeats easy to distinguish from bass strokes, helping rhythmic patterns stay clear as the playing gets busier. The straightforward design keeps attention on timing and technique rather than adjustments to the snare response.

Anti-Slip Design Supports Comfortable Seated Playing

An anti-slip seating surface helps players maintain a stable position, while the cajon's approximately 30 x 30 x 50 cm dimensions provide a familiar format for hands-on practice. Made in Germany, the CP93 reflects Schlagwerk's emphasis on practical construction and sound quality rather than unnecessary extras. Available exclusively at Guitar Center in Black, the Schlagwerk Rudiments CP93 cajon offers an approachable way to develop rhythms and accompany acoustic music.
