Epiphone Prophecy Les Paul Baritone Electric Guitar - Obsidian Storm Satin

Epiphone's classic guitar designs take a bold new direction in the redesigned Prophecy series, combining fast-playing necks, performance-focused construction and custom-voiced Fishman Fluence pickups for modern players. The Epiphone Prophecy Les Paul Baritone electric guitar combines an Ultra Modern weight-relieved mahogany body, a maple cap and figured flame maple veneer with a thermally aged maple neck, ebony fingerboard and 27" scale. Custom-voiced Fishman Fluence humbuckers offer modern active, vintage-inspired and single-coil-style voices, while 24 stainless steel frets, a 10"-14" compound radius and a LockTone Modern bridge complete the performance-focused setup. Its extended scale and .012-.060 strings accommodate lower baritone tunings, including B to B. For players exploring B-to-B tunings, heavy low-register riffs and extended-range arrangements, the Prophecy Les Paul Baritone brings familiar single-cut ergonomics to a 27" scale.

A Contoured Les Paul Body for Baritone Playing

The Prophecy Les Paul Baritone pairs a mahogany body, maple cap and figured flame maple veneer with a satin finish and familiar single-cut shape. A Modern Contoured Heel opens up access to the upper frets, while the rear belly carve makes the body more comfortable against the player. Its construction brings familiar Les Paul proportions to an extended-scale instrument without treating the baritone format as an afterthought.

Three Fishman Fluence Voices for Musical Flexibility

Custom-voiced Fishman Fluence pickups, developed for the Prophecy series, supply three distinct tonal characters: modern high-output active humbucker, vintage PAF-inspired humbucker and clear single-coil-style sounds. Individual volume controls handle coil splitting, while the tone controls select pickup voicings; a three-way toggle selects the pickup combination. This range gives the baritone useful options for heavy low-register riffs, articulate clean parts and layered recording.

Thermally Aged Maple Neck and Compound-Radius Ebony

A satin-finished, thermally aged one-piece maple neck features graphite rod reinforcement and a streamlined HyperGlide B profile for fluid fretting. The 27" scale and .012-.060 strings support baritone tunings such as B to B, with added tension for low-register definition. A bound ebony fingerboard with a 10"-14" compound radius and 24 stainless steel frets provides a smooth playing surface for chord work and upper-register runs.

Locking Tuners and Distinctive Prophecy Details

A LockTone Modern bridge, Graph Tech nut and locking Grover Rotomatic tuners give the extended-scale instrument dependable hardware for playing and setup. Black hardware and knurled knobs complement the satin finish, while black mother-of-pearl block inlays and a bound headstock with Custom split-diamond detailing retain the Les Paul family identity.

A Versatile Guitar Ready for the Stage

The Prophecy Les Paul Baritone extends the familiar single-cut design into lower-register playing with a 27" scale, HyperGlide B neck and custom-voiced Fluence electronics. Its contoured heel and weight-relieved body keep modern ergonomics part of the baritone experience. A Protector Ultralite case is included for transport and storage. Choose the Epiphone Prophecy Les Paul Baritone electric guitar for heavy low tunings, articulate rhythm parts and extended-range recording.
