The Electro-Voice EVOLVE 30M G2 portable column PA system combines powerful sound, wide audience coverage and an expanded onboard mixer in a lightweight, easy-to-transport design for musicians, DJs and event professionals. Six 2.8" neodymium column drivers deliver consistent 120° horizontal by 40° vertical coverage, while a 10" subwoofer provides bass extension down to 45Hz. A 1500W amplifier produces up to 125dB maximum SPL for live performances, presentations and events. Enhanced QuickSmart DSP adds automatic feedback suppression, music ducking and expanded effects capabilities, while switchable 48V phantom power and flexible input options accommodate microphones, instruments and playback devices. With QuickSmart Link connectivity, Bluetooth true wireless stereo streaming and a 2.8" color LCD, the EVOLVE 30M G2 brings professional mixing and performance control to a portable column system.

Six Neodymium Drivers Provide Wide, Consistent Sound Coverage

The EVOLVE 30M G2 combines six 2.8" neodymium drivers in an array-formed column with a 10" low-frequency driver for full-range sound reproduction. Its 120° x 40° coverage pattern distributes sound across the listening area, while the subwoofer's laminar flow vent design supports efficient bass output. A 1500W amplifier supplies 750W each to the low- and high-frequency sections, producing up to 125dB maximum SPL with a frequency response of 51Hz–20kHz (-3dB). With up to 2dB more maximum output than the previous generation, the system provides additional headroom for live music, DJ performances and spoken-word applications.

Expanded QuickSmart Mixer Offers Flexible Inputs and DSP

The onboard mixer provides extensive connectivity for performers managing multiple audio sources without a separate mixing console. Four XLR/TRS combo microphone and line inputs with switchable 48V phantom power accommodate compatible microphones and audio equipment, while a dedicated 1/4" Hi-Z input supports direct instrument connections. Additional stereo inputs include XLR/TRS, RCA, 3.5 mm and Bluetooth streaming, with XLR Mix and AUX outputs for signal routing. Enhanced QuickSmart DSP adds automatic feedback suppression, music ducking and expanded effects combinations, while a 1/4" footswitch input allows effects control during performances. The 2.8" color LCD provides direct access to mixer settings, and the QuickSmart Mobile app enables wireless adjustments. QuickSmart Link allows two EVOLVE 30M G2 systems to share audio and control, expanding available mixer inputs.

Three-Piece Construction Supports Fast Setup and Easy Transport

The EVOLVE 30M G2 features a three-piece design consisting of a subwoofer, aluminum pole sections and column array for straightforward assembly without complicated rigging or extensive cabling. An updated top handle and lightweight column components simplify transportation between venues. The subwoofer features a plywood enclosure with a protective polyurea coating, complemented by a composite column housing and powder-coated steel grilles. Weighing 43.54 lb. as a complete system, the EVOLVE 30M G2 maintains a compact footprint while providing substantial output. A carrying bag for the column and pole is included, with padded subwoofer covers and rolling transport cases available separately.
