Zildjian ZBT Crash/Ride
I have had this cymbal for around 2 years, and has yet to crack. It has a very bright sound that lasts a very long time. It is very powerful, and can cut through the mix. Although this cymbal is a crash/ride, it does not sound very good as a ride. I use it as a second crash, when I want some extra power in my songs. Overall is a very durable, and powerful cymbal, but should not be used as a ride.

Product is great. Service was not.
I use it as my right handed crash and the cymbal to be hit in procession with bridges of songs to give a more epic part of the song.

The old drummer of my church left and took his cymbals and left some ZBTs. I use this as a ride not a crash except at outdoor events when I bring my own ride. Now in church, we do quite a bit of songs that I like to ride a crash lightly or go to town on this thing. I find myself coming back to this thing frequently during the set. It opens up so musically along with the keys and guitar. So if your looking for something, at an affordable price, that opens up super well during a chorus this is a great option. Now I'm not to fond of using this jamming by myself i liked an old zbt 20'' ride for that but i sold it.

Ive had my 18" crash/ride for almost a year now, and it still sounds gorgeous. No dents or cracks. Just a few stick marks. I beat the living hell out of it too. I play in a screamo band and due to its versatility, it replaced 3 previous cymbals of mine. GET THIS CYMBAL! YOU WILL LOVE IT.

I bought this ride almost 7 years ago on my first drum kit, and it was probably the best thing to happen to me since being born. It doesn't really work as a ride, but as a crash it will cut through just about any guitar riff. I have jsut broke it almost in half in the past 3 weeks, and for my style of playing, that is 5 to six times the life of my other cymbals. I highly recommend this for any drummer with a budget and an appetite.... FOR DESTRUCTION!

I got my ZBT a little under 5 years ago.. it finally cracked today. Has a great consistent sound. I love it a lot. So much I'm getting another one to replace it. Its a great beginner cymbal too for sure. You can whale on it and its tough and wont break. The sound is loud and powerful sound for the buck. This is the way to go.

I got the 18" cymbal a few months ago, and I hit it almost all the time when I play. Unlike my 14" ZBT crash, which is completely cracked to the dome, this cymbal has no dents in it at all. It sounds bright and crisp, and can be used at any part for any song.
