The Zildjian I Series Essentials Plus Cymbal Pack provides drummers with a trio of expressive cymbals to explore their creativity. Made from Zildjian's cutting yet musical B8 bronze, these cymbals feature modern weights and sizes, as well as hammering and lathing that shape their tone. Named after the Turkish word for "inspiration," the I Series aims to motivate percussionists to find their unique voice. This essentials pack comes with 13" hi-hats, a 14" crash and an 18" crash/ride to deliver a balanced blend of sounds perfect for any style. Warranty

Avedis Zildjian Company Warranty Statement
As of October 1, 2009, all Zildjian Cymbals are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects for two (2)
years from the date of original purchase. For warranty claims outside the U.S., contact your local Zildjian
distributor.

Warranty Process
Cymbals that show factory defects within two years of their original purchase are eligible for
examination at our factory. Zildjian experts will evaluate the damage and issue a replacement cymbal
unless it appears the damage is related to improper use or care.

If you believe your cymbal has a factory defect:
1. Contact Zildjian to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) via telephone: 781-871-2200.
2. Indicate the location of the damage on the cymbal with a piece of tape.
3. Make a photocopy of your original numbered and dated sales receipt.
4. Carefully package your cymbal. Include your RA# and the photocopy of your sales receipt in the box.
5. Ship the package to:

A cymbal will not be replaced if:
1. It has been misplayed, dropped, played with excessive force or treated abusively.
2. The center hole is worn due to improper stand set-up or abusive play.
3. The cymbal was bought secondhand or used in a lease program.
4. The cymbal has previously been replaced by Zildjian.
5. More than two years have passed since the cymbal was purchased.

Warranty Notes:
• Cost of shipping a damaged cymbal to Zildjian is the customers responsibility.
• Factory evaluations take approximately 4–6 weeks.
• Cymbals that do not meet the warranty guidelines will be returned to the customer.
• Cost of shipping a replacement or damaged cymbal back to the customer will be covered by Zildjian.

    Don't buy this as the baseline set of cymbals if you don't already have a set. They are a good set of supplemental cymbals. I saw the price and jumped the gun on buying these for a brand new drum kit. The hi hats are passable, but the 14 inch crash has no power, it sounds like a splash, and the 18 crash/ride leaves much to be desired as a ride, the bell has no teeth as a ride but it makes a pretty decent crash. Luckily, I had an extra set of I series cymbals with the 14 hi hat, 16 crash and 20 ride. So I moved the 18 crash/ride that comes with this pack as my main crash and kept my old I series 20 ride as my ride and set aside the 14 in crash that comes with this pack. The 13 in hi hats that come with this are fine. Prefer the 14 hi hats but I didnt hate the 13s.

    Look, this line of cymbals are outstanding for the price point. They sound 'fine' albeit not the best ever made, obviously. Great choice for those with a limited budget for cymbals.
