    Use on a LA Sax Kim Waters edition curved soprano as a brighter jazz horn (I have a black lacquer LA Sax Straight horn, same mouthpiece for a more mellow tone). Comfortable on the embrochure, especially if you add a bite pad on top of the beak. With the right reeds (I use Rigotti Gold Jazz) the flexibility this mouthpiece provides in projection, harmonics, intonation and note reproduction is exceptional, especially if playing what is commonly called "smooth jazz".
