Good non Guitar Name Gig Bag

This Gator gig bag is well worth the 25 dollar investment. The zippers are good and the front pocket is a good size. It has a good construction feel to it. As in the title of this review, this is a non Guitar Name Gig bag. That to me is important. I own a Yamaha Electric Guitar and it fits perfect in this bag. The padding is good. Its not real thick but it is far better then putting your guitar in a real cheap gig bag that has no padding at all. There is a Fender gig bag similar to this bag that I did not want to get because I dont have a Fender Guitar. Plus, Gator is a very good unknown producer of Gig Bags to Hard Cases. I am satisfied with this bag and more so with only a 25 dollar price tag.

I probably wouldn't buy this bag again.

I own a bunch of Gator products and was very surprised by this purchase. It offers little to no protection for your instrument and I am very surprised that they would put their name on such an item. The lack of padding is my biggest concern. I understand wanting to have a product at this price point but, this is way below what I expect for Gator.

I bought this to move a guitar from the house to practice and back, didn't need something super padded. This bag is light, has nice straps and a large pocket. This would be perfect for transport to and from lessons/practice but not for storage where something else could smash the guitar OR for secure transport.

  • Great bag for the money. Does the job well

Hello, will a Ibanez RG fit in this gig bag? I noticed that a lot of gig bags aren't big enough for an Ibanez RG.
