Great Sounding Pickups!

Great sounding pickups! I replaced my CS 69's with these Gen 4 Noiseless Hot pickups to cut out the hum while on stage at gigs and the church I play at. I have my back tone control wired to the bridge pickup and it sounds awesome when pushing some dirty lead sounds out of the bridge pickup. I had some original vintage noiseless pickups back in 2002 and I didn't care for them. I gave those away; however, these I will keep! Install was easy, pickups came with mounting screws and rubber washers. I've wired a bunch of pickups over the years but the kit does come with a nice diagram for beginners who need to see where everything goes. These pickups are taller in overall height than any fender single coil pickup that I've installed. I was worried that I would have to route out the body to make room. Luckily I was able to adjust my action a tad and make it work. I had to really move some wires around to make sure the pick guard sat flush with the body. It was worth the extra work because these pickups sound awesome. I don't regret getting them at all.
