The dialtune 6.5x14" maple espresso stain snare drum brings innovative technology to drum tuning. Its patented cable system lets you precisely control the top and bottom drum heads independently for any tuning, from tight and crisp to loose with long sustain. The espresso-stained 8-ply North American maple shell resonates with balanced warmth perfect for rock, jazz, orchestral and anything in between. Take your snare tone into your own hands with the dialtune system.

Maple Shell Delivers Balanced Tone for All Genres

This dialtune snare is crafted from 8 plies of hand-selected North American maple that resonate with a balanced, warm character. The wood's natural tone shines through from tight, cracking snare tones to loose, reverberant tones. An offset, double 45-degree bearing edge maximizes shell vibration and dynamic response. Combined with the legendary maple sound, you get a versatile drum that works for jazz, rock, pop, metal and beyond.

Tune Quickly and Precisely With Patented Cable System

What sets the dialtune snare apart is its patented cable tuning system. Simply turn the independent dials on each head to tighten or loosen as needed. Getting the exact tone you want takes just minutes compared to traditional tuning methods. The high-tech synthetic fiber cables hold their tension perfectly once tuned, meaning you can be confident your dialtune snare will sound fantastic gig after gig. Restringing a cable takes only 5-15 minutes and two replacement cables come included.

Precise Engineering Provides Ultimate Playability

In addition to the patented tuning system, the dialtune maple snare is engineered for top performance. The precision snare bed prevents buzzing and allows even response from edge to edge. Die-cast metal lugs keep tension consistent across the drum. The quick-release hoops make head changes fast and easy. Every detail is optimized for playability and tone.
