Three dedicated Lexicon FX busses provide award-winning reverb, delay and chorus effects with adjustable parameters to fine-tune your sound. The dbx compression, de-essing and noise gating on each channel ensure clarity and prevent feedback. The two Hi-Z inputs feature DigiTech amp and stompbox modeling with a myriad of amp, cab and FX combinations.

AFS2 Feedback Suppression

The dbx's updated AFS2 feedback suppression algorithm actively listens for problem frequencies and stops feedback before it starts. Completely transparent, the AFS2 provides sonic insurance for your live sound without compromising tone.

Total Recall and Security

Save and recall complete shows or make incremental snapshots to quickly change settings. Channel safes allow you to lock in critical settings while experimenting with the rest of the mix. Security lockout enables customizing device access to specific functions for an optimized workflow.

Great sound quality, best bang-for-the-buck

The capabilities of this mixer are unbelievable considering the price. A decade ago it would have taken ten grand worth of outboard gear to match what you get here for $550. The sound quality is great - not just for a cheap digital mixer. For ANY mixer. Watch the tutorial videos on YouTube (it takes an hour or so to watch them all) and you'll be off and running. We use this mixer to rehearse a 9-piece horn band and it works great. Everybody controls their own monitor sends. We assign the headphone jacks as AUX outputs so we get six total AUX sends. Everybody gets to control volume, compression, EQ and effects for their own mix. The "More Me" feature is a godsend. So far everybody's happy.

Brilliant Idea, Dubious Execution

Other than somewhat noisy microphone preamplifiers, the sound of these mixers is very good for the price and the user interface is brilliant. However, after replacing the mixer three times in the space of a year I've had to conclude that the execution is fatally flawed. The first mixer never left the initialization sequence. The second two had chronic network connectivity problems (both wired and wireless) that required rebooting mid-gig. Firmware updates mitigated the problem somewhat but after a disappointing encounter with the Soundcraft support team I decided that I could no longer risk relying on this product.

The ability to use this as a soundcard and route in and out of my DAW would have made this for me. As is I ended up returning it.

  • If you're on the fence.....buy it!

I have limited experience with mixers. Run my own sound for solo, duet, and 4 piece band. Soundcraft's online tutorial videos make everything easy! I think it's easier to use than my regular mixer. And my band mates being able to control their own monitors makes my life way easier!

  • Very good idea! Wish they have touch screen built in to it

Very good idea! Wish they have touch screen built in to it! My problem is if I have feed back on my microphones I can only access the master volume not the individual microphones because my cell, laptop and iPad screen automatically turned off

  • do not buy it

This is a sweet idea I really liked the idea of being able to walk anywhere in the venue and adjust the sound. But this thing never connects easily to any of my devices. I also don tlike how long it takes to get things to get set up by the time I get connected its a 20 minute process.

  • I WOULD BUY THIS SOUNDCRAFT UI16 AGAIN. GREAT BUY.

I called new Orleans store on this item on inventory they confirmed it was there. Drove 3 hrs to pick it up and they couldn't find it. A week later it's still showing that it's in inventory. Why is this?🤬
