Love my Roland piano, has really great sound, and plays wonderful. Even makes me put in more hours with practicing :) I had to send it back because of keys not working and was replaced with no issues. #Sweepstakes

It's a fantastic piano. I've played Roland FP-2 for many years and I needed a new one. The FP-60X has (almost) everything FP-2 did, and much more. I have only three gripes with it till now, but all of them are really minor. One is that it has no handles at the ends, like the FP-2 did, so it's a tad harder to move it around. Another is that I cannot *listen* to this instrument using wireless Bluetooth headphones, and I can only use cable headphones. The last one is that the default piano sound when it's turned on, "Concert Piano", sounds kind of synthetic to me, but the other piano sounds are very good, and they are just a "+" button click away. On the good features: Headphones with both 3.5mm and 6.35mm jacks are supported, so you don't need an adapter. Playing audio from another device that outputs Bluetooth, such as a phone or a laptop, works very well, and I've already used it to watch music on YouTube with very good quality. It also has audio *input* with a 3.5mm jack, so I am using the piano as the speaker for an electronic drum module. Note that this instrument comes the Roland DP-10 damper pedal in the box, so you don't need to buy a separate one. All in all, a fantastic instrument, easily the best digital piano I've ever played. #sweepstakes

Love this keyboard. I did a lot of research beforehand and returned 2 keyboards before buying this one. The white color I picked is gorgeous and the keys feel great. I love the Bluetooth functionality with online lessons. The speakers are great (although you can also connect to external speakers). This is the perfect keyboard for me as an intermediate adult looking to pick up piano again. #sweepstakes

Are the keys weighted?
No, they are not weighted like an acoustic piano. The FP-60X has Graded Hammer action. The difference between hammer action and weighted keys is the amount of resistance. Keyboards with hammer action replicate the same playing characteristics of acoustic pianos. Like an acoustic piano, the bass keys are heavier while the treble keys have a lighter touch. Weighted keys are completely balanced with the same heaviness from top to bottom of the keyboard.submitted2 years ago

This weighs 56 pounds??? Do you mean just the keyboard, or the attached stand, etc. I have a Yamaha p45 that's not even close to that weight, including stand.
I can confirm with Roland's specs that the piano weighs 42.5 lbs (19.3 kgs)submitted3 years ago
