ok i bought this 2-12 cab with the 1-15 cab and the 1000 watt ninja amp from markbass first of all i cranked this up a quarter of the way and i almost had to pull my teeth back out of my throat. i mean this thing has so much bottom end and top end i noticed nobody says anything bad about this company and i found out there really isn't anything bad i noticed people talk about tone. This thing has all kinds depending on the way you set it.i'm not into slapping the bass but this thing belts out the tone and boom at the same time and i mess with all my musician friends and say hey try to pick that up and i watch them squat like its going to be real heavy and they immediately say wtf as the pick it up with disbelief i always get a laugh at that.you can pick it up and carry it with one hand easily it's 30 pounds.but i didn't buy it for that reason i bought it for my studio and i was a little standoffish because i wasn't sure if it would be up for the job because of the smaller magnets but this thing is the thunder. believe me i don't write reviews but this thing made me it's that good!! oh and that guy that was comparing this to his ampeg must not have had enough amperage if he was experiencing low end issues

I received my cab about a week ago. It arrived in record time. First impression is it's well built, good looking and really light. I mean really light!! I can pick it up with one hand. I bought it for this reason. I have an Ampeg PF800 and 2 PF115LF cabs. It sounds amazing with both cabs. But, too big to easily move from show to show. This new cab was rated at the same power as the other 2 together so I thought hey, this will be perfect.. I plugged it up and started to play. The first thing i noticed was at my normal volume settings it wasn't near as loud. The speakers just aren't as efficient as the Eminence drivers in the Ampeg cabs. The next thing I noticed was they didn't handle the low lows well at all. I had to eq down anything below 200hz. This I kind of expected. 12's vs 15's. This cab will work well in a small/med small venue, or as a stage monitor with PA support for a larger stage. It's has plenty of volume as long as you eq the lows out of it. It has nice midrange bite and with the horn, nice smooth highs. For the rock player, this cab sounds great. For someone like me who plays a variety of genre's, it's going to take some eq fiddling to make it sound acceptable. But the tradeoff for me because the size and weight may be well worth it.

Will little mark tube 800w work perfectly with this cab? I was trying to get the 122 p-4 600w but I think they don't match it can blow the speakers.
