Innovative Percussion James Campbell signature Hickory Concert drum sticks were designed in conjunction with Professor of Music and Director of Percussion Studies at the University of Kentucky James Campbell, who is also principal percussionist with the Lexington Philharmonic Orchestra.

Jim's stick is made of heartwood hickory, with an oval bead that creates a full dark tone quality. The very short taper and small collar size give the stick the excellent balance and response needed for precise rolls and softer passages.
