Never thought I'd love a GIG BAG THIS MUCH!

Folks.. a gig bag is a gig bag, yes? NO... I always considered gig bags a super low level entry into the instrument transport system... useful because it is light and convenient. But with this bag I have found a bag that is not only those two things.. but also protects my bass guitar better than ANY other gig bag.. and VERY close to a hard case. I was leery about the SIDE LOAD aspect of it, but folks.. this design is SO GOOD, even loading from the SIDE is as convenient as a front loader. It's super comfortable on either my back, one shoulder or by hand... and the provided pockets are MORE than enough for MY uses.. which are many. And did I mention how GORGEOUS IT LOOKS? Gets envious looks from my bandmates all the time. I have never really come online to review and recommend a GIG BAG.. but here it is. This one blew me away. Could not be happier with my purchase.

Not very impressive

I bought this based on another Ibanez bag that I have. This one is attractive but I was really surprised at how flimsy the straps are. They are the weak link on this product and I do not expect them to last.

Great for what it is. Only a good looking canvas bag...but with amazing pockets and heavy duty zipper. Stops scratches, and gets you many ways to carry, handles, backpack straps, wall hanging hook. If you can find a hard case for $60 get it instead.

If you bump your headstock hard enough to turn a key, I don't think a soft bag will protect it.
