Innovative Beatmatch Guides provide visual cues to help match tempo and phase. Light trails move faster or slower based on differences in BPM, while phase meter shows if tracks are "in phase" or not. An Intelligent Music Assistant (IMA) suggests compatible tracks from your library to mix next.

With a built-in audio interface, the Inpulse 500 offers everything required for DJing and live performance. Inputs include stereo RCA, 1/4" mic (with tone control), and 1/8" AUX. Outputs include stereo RCA master, 1/4" and 1/8" headphone. A Kensington lock slot provides security, and USB powers the unit and transmits MIDI data to your laptop.
